These Terms of Service govern your use of the EPI Property Management website and portal services operated by Expat Property Investments Ltd.

Access to the landlord and tenant portals is provided for the purpose of property management. You agree to use the portal only for its intended purpose and not to share your login credentials.

3. Management services

The specific terms of our property management services are set out in the management agreement signed between EPI Property Management and the landlord. These website terms do not replace or supersede that agreement.

4. Limitation of liability

EPI Property Management shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or portal beyond what is expressly agreed in your management contract.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
